Suspension Form

Please complete the form below if you wish to apply for a direct debit suspension. Please keep in mind the following terms and conditions;

Illness or Injury
We will not issue a credit, or stop a direct debit payment for illness or injury of up to two weeks.

Suspension for Illness or injury
You may suspend future lessons and direct debits due to an illness or injury suffered by the student for the period of the illness or injury provided that it is for a term of greater than two weeks.

To request a suspension, please fill the inquiry form below accompanied with a medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner registered by AHPRA that states the student’s name and the period of illness or injury.

Suspension for other reasons
You may suspend future lessons and direct debits for a reason other than illness or injury for one block of two weeks per year.

Please note, verbal requests will not be accepted.

Direct debit payments will recommence on the next cycle after the end date nominated, and wherever possible we will place the student in the same class as before the suspension.

Unused suspension allocation cannot be accumulated for use in the future or transferred to another student.

Please note that make up lessons are not available.
